Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive these emails.
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
NSW, VIC, QLD: typically 3 to 7 business days. WA, SA, NT: typically 5 to 12 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount excluding shipping fees, and you will need to place a new order with the correct details.
Returns
We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the cost of return shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@yesterco.net with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory resolution.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Order Process

If you need to make changes to your order, contact us immediately at hello@yesterco.net. We cannot make changes once your order has shipped.
